In a disscussion this evening a friend stated that President Bush said we would be in and out of Iraq in a few months.... <sigh>  Nothing could be further from the truth.  From the begining he has always stated that this would be long and difficult struggle.

I guess I don't quite see how this can be translated into "We will be out in a couple of months"...
